Every item has a timeline: the purchase, the repairs, the payments, the day it was sold. Each entry can carry a cost, and each can carry the actual paperwork, the invoice, the scanned receipt, attached to the moment it belongs to. Which platforms does it run on?
Windows and macOS. Installers for both come from every release.
Is there a phone app?
No, and there is no cloud behind this one. Your library is a folder on your own computer, and it can be copied or moved like any other folder. Photos from your phone come in the same way you would move any picture to your computer.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app stops taking changes but stays open: you can still browse everything, print, share and make copies. Entering a licence key brings it fully back to life, with everything exactly where you left it.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. A licence is a key you paste in once, checked on your own computer, no internet needed.
What format is my data in?
Everything lives in one ordinary folder: your original photo and document files, plus the catalogue itself in SQLite, a standard format that free tools everywhere can read. Nothing secret, nothing locked against you.
Does it phone home?
It checks for a new version when it starts, and that is all. No tracking, no statistics, nothing sent anywhere.
Which currencies does it understand?
Euro and Brazilian real, including the official inflation numbers for both, so a price from years ago can be shown in today’s money.
Can I catalogue other things too?
Yes. The four built-in kinds are a starting point. You can set up your own, with your own details, and everything, searching, statistics, sharing, works on them the same way.
How do updates work?
The app checks for a new version when it starts and offers it if there is one. Every update is signed, so your computer can tell it really came from us. If you are offline, nothing happens and nothing complains.
