Buy a licence.
One payment, and Collectionist is yours. No subscription, no account, nothing that renews itself in a year. You get a key, you paste it into the app once, and it never asks again.
- One payment
- Windows and macOS
- No account
Collectionist

This opens a message in your own mail app, already written. Nothing is charged before you have seen the invoice.
Price in euros. Any tax that applies is stated on the invoice.
How buying works
-
Send the order.
The button opens a message with everything we need already in it. Send it as it stands, or fill in the name and address the invoice should carry.
-
We answer with the invoice.
In euros, with the payment details on it, usually the same day. If another way of paying suits you better, say so and we will arrange it.
-
The key arrives, and you paste it in.
Open Collectionist, go to Settings and paste the key into the licence card. There is nothing to install a second time: the app you already have is the app the key unlocks.
Try it properly first.
Seven days, every feature, no account and no card. Buying is the step you take once you already know.
Everything you entered stays.
The trial writes into a real library. The key imports nothing and moves nothing: it simply lets you carry on where you stopped.
The key is checked on your own computer.
No account, no activation server, no count to run out of. Collectionist reads the key locally and never reports it anywhere.
Or have it set up with you.
The same licence, with a session of our own around your first items and a direct line for the year after it. That one is arranged in conversation rather than bought from a page.
€950 once. The licence, and us with it.
Arranged in person, so it depends where you are.
- The full licence, every feature
- Installed and set up in person
- A session entering your first items together
- Twelve months of a direct line to us
- Founding-customer priority on what gets built next
About buying
How do I pay?
The invoice carries the payment details, in euros. A bank transfer is the ordinary way; if something else suits you better, say so in your message and we will arrange it.
Can the invoice carry my company details?
Yes. Put the name, the address and the tax number in your message and the invoice will be made out that way.
How many computers can I use it on?
It is one collector’s licence, and it covers the computers you work on yourself. Nothing counts them, and there is nothing to deactivate when you replace a machine.
Does the licence ever expire?
No. It keeps working, offline, for as long as the computer does, and every update within version 1 is included. If a version 2 ever arrives it will be a paid upgrade, and staying on version 1 for good is a perfectly good answer.
How long does the key take?
It is written and sent by hand, usually within a day. If yours has not arrived by the next one, write again and it will be chased.
What if I change my mind?
The trial runs seven days precisely so that nobody has to buy first and find out afterwards. Your statutory right of withdrawal stands beside it: write to us and it will be settled.
Seven days, every feature, no account.
If you have not run it on your own collection yet, start there. The licence will still be here.
