After the download

Open the file you just got.
On Windows, run the installer and that is the whole of it. On macOS, open the disk image and drag Collectionist into your Applications folder.

Let your computer ask, once.
Windows and macOS check where a new program came from, and this one does not yet carry a commercial certificate. Windows may show a blue panel: choose “More info”, then “Run anyway”. On macOS, hold Control, click Collectionist and choose “Open” the first time. Neither asks again afterwards.

Your collection is a folder.
The app makes it on first launch and everything lives in it: the catalogue, your photographs, your paperwork. Once a day it puts a complete copy aside and keeps the newest seven, so nothing rests on one file.
The trial is the whole app.
Every feature is on from the first minute, and there is nothing to uninstall when the seven days are up. A licence is a key you paste in once, and the library you built during the trial carries straight on.
